Top cuisine by Gunther Döberl
An old acquaintance is back in the kitchen.
After a one-year break from cooking and creative work, we are particularly pleased that top chef Gunther Döberl is now setting up camp with us at Hotel Solaria.
This winter, he will be surprising our guests with new creations every day in our half-board restaurant and breathing new life into our à la carte restaurant ‘Juler's Stuba’.
From Thursday to Monday in winter 2024/25, you can enjoy down-to-earth Alpine cuisine with a modern twist in Juler's Stuba between 19:00 and 21:00.
